François Corminboeuf | Projects & Quality Manager at Ixion Services

Marco Simeoni | President & Founder of Race of Water
Dare to change demonstrates that real solutions exist for the preservation of the oceans. On the one hand, we’re demonstrating that if we take action on land, it is possible to curb plastic pollution of the oceans, notably by integrating technology capable of transforming plastic waste into a marketable energy resource. In this way, we’re creating a value chain for end-of-life plastic waste with environmental, economic and socially sustainable benefits. On the other, we will be accelerating energy transition by demonstrating that a vessel powered by a mixture of solar-hydrogen-kite energies is capable of completing a 5-year expedition around the world.

Diving into the Unknown

Cash is less and less accepted, we do not shop anymore in a pure physical face-to-face mode and AML (Anti Money Laundering) considerations, security considerations and macroeconomic reasons are changing the rules of the game.

The Future of Wealth Management System is Digital

Jean-Philippe Bersier| Director - Business Development at ERI Bancaire
The wealth management industry has suffered a significant loss of customer trust and increased regulatory scrutiny following the financial crisis. New generation investors tend to trust more technology than financial advisors. Although financial advisors were reluctant to embrace new technologies until recently, we believe that today they recognize the positive impact of digital tools on client interactions, as well as on their overall ability to do their job. We will analyse the various drivers to digitalization in Wealth Management and will show the benefits of a collaborative approach (man + machine) to improve global HNWI satisfaction.
The “Wealth Advisor Digitization” has started !

An overview of the Open Banking in UK

Nicolas Steiner | Partner at I4E, headquartered at Level39

Open Banking regulation is a strategic topic that cannot be ignored due to the size of the opportunity and the potentially disruptive impact it could have on the financial services landscape.
The UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) requested the nine largest current account providers to provide standardised APIs for current account holder from January 2018. By providing access to this data to third parties, Open Banking levels the playing field between traditional incumbent financial services providers and new disruptors.

LegalTech & RGPD : Perspectives & Risques

In the advent of technology to support regulatory compliance and legal matters, how still important is the human aspect?

Paul Wang | Strategic Advisor

Technology is omnipresent. We will discuss about a principal component which is ultimately the decision maker of using, embracing and accepting technology: the human. How important is it in the chain of command to support regulatory compliance and legal matters? Despite the vast increase of technology in the LegalTech and RegTech domain, the human component constitutes the major source of decision and often also represents the weakest link. A few real case examples are discussed to demonstrate why the human factor becomes omni-important.

Xavier Comtesse | Digital Shaper

Frédéric Dreyer | Managing Director at OPI
