Former European Regional Controller, Baxter Healthcare, Baxter’s $2.5 billion business. 2005, joined Philips; former Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, Philips Home Healthcare Solutions; then Senior Vice-President, Royal Philips, in charge of global strategy, business development and M&A, Philips Healthcare, the $13 billion in sales unit of Royal Philips based in Boston. Joined the World Economic Forum as Senior Director of Global Health and Healthcare in 2014 where he led the Forum Healthcare activities for seven years, which led to the launch of defining public private partnership coalition such as CEPI (The Coalition for Epidemics Preparedness Innovation). Since June 2021, with SICPA as the Head of the Health Security Solutions business unit for the company.

Lennig Pedron has expertise in cybersecurity applied to the digital trust economy. She is the executive director of the Swiss initiative "Trust Valley" at EPFL Innovation Park Foundation. The Trust Valley is a centre of excellence in digital trust and cybersecurityon Lake Geneva. Lennig is co-founder and President of the ICON NGO, iCON brings together an international community of expertsworking on trust in cyberspace, with a focus on cybersecurity and emerging technologies. Lennig specializes in the "human factor" and she is an advisor and a trainer to various audiences such as prosecutors, Police, industry, banks, medical professionals and also to the youth generations. She is an expert of the group of data protection for the Swiss Confederation. Lennig represents iCON at the Council of Europe.

Damien is engineer by education (ENSAM) and followed the EM Lyon Business School's leadership training. After working for “Ingénieurs Sans Frontière” (NGO), he started his career as a consultant in 2000. Over the years, he has acquired experience in major transformation projects in Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain with a strong focus on Industry 4.0.
Damien also took part in general management of Life Sciences sectors (pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies and chemical groups) as well as other large industrial companies (aeronautics, car industry, industrial equipment manufacturing).
Christine (Mar) Ciriani
CEO EMEA & APAC @InvestCloud, Inc.
Christine is the CEO of the EMEA region of InvestCloud. She has a career of successfully building businesses across Europe and Asia. In addition, she is on the Board of Barclays Private Bank Switzerland and Institut Pasteur Switzerland.
Previously, Christine was Senior Partner and CEO Switzerland at Capco, an international management consultancy dedicated to the Financial Services industry. She was also a founding member of the APAC Management Team, where she launched and led the global wealth and investment management practice and offices in Switzerland and Singapore. Christine started her career at J.P. Morgan, where she worked for both the investment and private bank in New York, London, Geneva and Hong Kong.
Christine holds an M.B.A. from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and an Economics and Accounting degree from Claremont McKenna College.
